Complete a MAF

A MAF is a Merchant Application Form. This form, along with a signed bank statement provides us with all the information we need to verify your organisation and comply with the Financial Conduct Authority.

If you are an organisation from the Republic of Ireland or a corporate seeking to fundraise on behalf of a charity there is a different process, please get in touch with us at sales@goodbox.com to discuss.

Submit your MAF

Once you’ve completed your MAF and have a signed bank statement ready to go, email them over to our team at applications@goodbox.com. They will process your information, and take it through the compliance checks. This typically takes between 2-3 weeks.
