How can you help our cause?
We want to make sure our customers get the most out of their devices, so they feel as excited about GoodBox as we do. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Customer Success Executive to provide one-to-one support for our customers, giving them the knowledge and advice they need to stay engaged with GoodBox. You’ll work closely with between 25 and 50 clients, coaching them on how to optimise their fundraising, increase donor interaction and make the most of our new feature releases. By thoroughly understanding our customers, you’ll also be able to provide our product team with valuable insights, so we can better tailor our products and services to meet the needs of our clients and the causes they support.
Who are we looking for?
Serving our customers and keeping them engaged with GoodBox is a key part of our success and our future growth. We need someone with a talent for building strong relationships, who can collaborate with both customers and the wider GoodBox team, with experience of working with software in a client-facing role. As a growing start-up, we like self-starters who enjoy learning new skills, feel passionate about our mission as a company and want to get stuck in and help out.
