How do I know my contactless donation is safe?

GoodBox devices are PCI compliant, and all transaction data is encrypted at source. In addition, all data held by GoodBox is totally anonymised, so we hold no personal donor information.

Are your contactless devices available now?

Our award-winning GBx Core, GBx Mini and GoodPlate are available for purchase now. The GBx Core is also available for rental use. Our GBx Pro device is currently being upgraded and will be available in Q3 2019.

Can only registered charities use your services?

We build our products and services specifically for charities, but understand that charitable activities come in many different forms. All registered charities and community interest companies can onboard with us. If you’re a business interested in raising funds for your chosen charity (or charities), please get in touch and we will work to support you.
