Technical Support Engineer

Provide support for the UK’s biggest charities

We’re GoodBox – a start-up dedicated to building new technologies that connect donors with deserving causes.

Since 2016, we’ve dedicated ourselves to helping fundraisers deal with the impact a cashless society is having on the charity sector. By harnessing the power of contactless technology, our products are helping some of the UK’s biggest charities receive up to 85% more in donations. Together, we’re shaping the future of fundraising.

How can you help our cause?

We supply charities across the UK with devices that allow them to collect contactless donations. It’s important that every single device is perfectly configured before it’s sent out. That’s where you come in – we’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to configure and test our devices before they’re dispatched, and check all devices once they’re returned to us. This is a fantastic opportunity to improve your technical skills and knowledge around the Internet of Things.

Who are we looking for?

As a growing start-up, we care about your attitude more than your qualifications. We want someone who’s keen to learn new skills, enthusiastic about the success of our business and willing to get stuck in and help out. We’ll provide you with full training, so you’ll need to have excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and retain information.

Why GoodBox?

When you work for GoodBox, you’re not just helping our company succeed – you’re helping charities all over the UK access the funds they need to keep doing great work. You’ll be part of a supportive, close-knit team of people, all working towards the same goal and all willing to help one another out.
