Provide support for the UK’s biggest charities

Since 2016, we’ve dedicated ourselves to helping fundraisers deal with the impact a cashless society is having on the charity sector. By harnessing the power of contactless technology, our products are helping some of the UK’s biggest charities receive up to 85% more in donations. Together, we’re shaping the future of fundraising.

How can you help our cause? 

We’re growing fast. We’ve got over 1,500 clients on our books and we’re planning to turn over £2 million in the next 12 months. And this year, we’re planning to take our company global with a whole range of new products and services. We’ve got big ambitions, and we need a Sales Development Representative to assist the wider sales team in managing inbound interest and ensuring our clients receive excellent service.

The successful candidate will be the first point-of-contact for new GoodBox customers, having their best interests at heart and will be instrumental in creating the processes required to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Who are we looking for?

We’re a small company so we’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, passionate about empowering charities and always looking for a ‘win-win’ situation. The ideal candidate will have;

  • At least two years experience in a Business Development role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be in contact with clients through a variety of mediums from phone to email and web chat
  • Experience in process definition and implementation
  • A forward thinking approach to work
  • Be driven by targets and KPIs with a focus on first class customer experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and well organised
  • Good knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office applications, Outlook and CRM software
  • A strong work ethic and a desire to see a project through to completion
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
  • It would also be preferable if you have done some charity or volunteering work, but not necessary
