Alderman William Russell is the 692nd Lord Mayor of the City of London. At a difficult time encompassing Brexit and the COVID-19 pandemic, we delve into how he has navigated these challenges and promoted change both in the City and internationally. As Lord Mayor of London, William also heads up the Lord Mayor’s Appeal which promotes four main pillars, inclusivity, health, skill and fairness, across the City and supports charity partners including Place2Be, OnSide Youth Zone, Samaritans and the Duke of Edinburgh Award.
