Application Assistant

Provide support for the UK’s biggest charities

We’re GoodBox – a start-up dedicated to building new technologies that connect donors with deserving causes.

Since 2016, we’ve dedicated ourselves to helping fundraisers deal with the impact a cashless society is having on the charity sector. By harnessing the power of contactless technology, our products are helping some of the UK’s biggest charities receive up to 85% more in donations. Together, we’re shaping the future of fundraising.

How can you help our cause?

We operate in a heavily regulated industry. That means every charity that wants to use our products needs to complete a robust application process. We need an Application Assistant to support our customers through this process, reviewing paperwork and flagging up any missing information. You’ll help us stay on top of the hundreds of applications we get every week, making sure paperwork is completed properly and processed efficiently, so charities can start fundraising for their cause as soon as possible.

Who are we looking for?

As a growing start-up, we care about your attitude more than your qualifications. We want someone who’s keen to learn new skills, enthusiastic about the success of our business and willing to get stuck in and help out. You’ll need excellent customer service skills, a real attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload. We’ll provide you with all the training you need to succeed and the support to develop and grow your career within our organisation.

Why GoodBox?

When you work for GoodBox, you’re not just helping our company succeed – you’re helping charities all over the UK access the funds they need to keep doing great work. You’ll be part of a supportive, close-knit team of people, all working towards the same goal and all willing to help one another out.

We don’t believe in hierarchies or office politics – that’s why here, you’ll have the flexibility to work in a way that suits you, whether that’s reduced hours or working from home.
