Thank you for your selection, you have chosen Option 2 – GBx Mini swap-out. Our fulfilment team have been notified and will be awaiting your GBx Core device at our Harlow centre. Your first 6 months of fees will be waived to get you up and running as quickly as possible, after which a monthly fee of £10 applies to the GBx Mini as standard. There are a few steps we must complete before we can despatch your new GBx Mini to you.
Step 1
Please carefully package your GBx Core, along with the charger and surface mounts, in its original box if you still have it (or a similarly secure box), and ship it to the below address. We recommend using a tracked courier to be sure it reaches us.

Step 2
Once we have received the device, our team will conduct the necessary checks to ensure that it is functional and in working order. This step may take up to one week to complete.
Step 3
Once these checks are complete and we are satisfied that the device is in working order, a member of the team will be in touch to arrange delivery of your new GBx Mini device. Please allow up to 5 working days for it to get to you. In the meantime, you can click here to dive into our bank of GBx Mini How-To videos and get fully acquainted with your latest fundraising tool.
FAQs
Absolutely. Your remaining GoodBox devices will remain unaffected and can still be used to fundraise as normal.
While we would prefer the device to be returned in its original packaging to keep it safe during transit, sending it back in another secure box is fine. Please ensure the device is properly secured and padded within the box to avoid any damage due to potential bumps or knocks on its journey back to us.
