Refunds are available via the GBx Mini under the Charity Menu. This feature can also be disabled if you wish to restrict this to head office users or supervisors only.
For the GBx Core, please contact our support team via support@goodbox.com. Please note we will only accept refund requests from the charity / organisation, not directly from a donor.
