Once we have received your completed order form and MAF, it takes two weeks for us to process these documents. As we are an FCA registered payment institution, we must perform the necessary Anti-Money Laundering, KYC & KYB checks, amongst others which can take up to two weeks. Once complete, we offer a next day delivery service where available. However, deliveries to outlying postcodes such as in the highlands or islands etc take two days.
