If we don’t receive a charity’s artwork in time, or if they opt not to create custom screens, we will ship the device using Default artwork. This artwork clearly displays the donation amount, ability to increase and decrease the amount, and your charities name. Don’t worry, once your artwork is ready or if you decide to update your artwork in future, we can remotely update your device to show your brand new artwork once it’s finished.
