Step 1
Download the MS Society Order Form at the download button below. Fill it in and send it to mss@goodbox.com. Once we have it, we’ll get your order ready for dispatch.

Next we’ll need to cut through a little red tape and set you up with a Merchant account. This ensures that your funds reach your bank account safely and securely. Download your Merchant Application Form (MAF) below and send it, along with a copy of a signed bank statement to mss@goodbox.com. Please note that the MAF and bank statement must be completed and signed by the Group Coordinator or Finance Volunteer only. Once we have both documents, it can take up to 2 weeks to process so the sooner we have it, the sooner we can get you up and running.

Pair it with our GBx Mini Stand and take your fundraising to new heights with ease.
The MS Society has arranged a special offer for the GBx Mini device available only to MS Society groups. Access the GBx Mini across a 24 month lease with the Stand enabling unattended fundraising, including bespoke branding and the option to purchase an additional battery for extended fundraising periods. We have even included a security lock for added peace of mind.
Oh, and did we mention that all MS Society groups will also receive 0% transaction fees on all funds raised through their GBx Mini until November 30th 2021? So the sooner you sign up, the more you’ll benefit from no transaction fees. All donations taken after November 30th 2021 will be subject to our standard transaction fee of 2.5% +10p.
