Customer Support Analyst

Provide support for the UK’s biggest charities

We’re GoodBox – a start-up dedicated to building new technologies that connect donors with deserving causes.

Since 2016, we’ve dedicated ourselves to helping fundraisers deal with the impact a cashless society is having on the charity sector. By harnessing the power of contactless technology, our products are helping some of the UK’s biggest charities receive up to 85% more in donations. Together, we’re shaping the future of fundraising.

How can you help our cause?

Our innovative technology might be what attracts charities to use our products, but it’s our impeccable customer service and ongoing support that keeps them with us. That’s where you come in – we’re looking for a Customer Support Analyst to join our small team, providing our customers with technical email support, arranging engineer visits when required and escalating any recurring issues to our tech team, so they can continue to improve and enhance our products.

Who are we looking for?

As a growing start-up, we care about your attitude more than your qualifications. We want someone who’s keen to learn new skills, enthusiastic about the success of our business and willing to get stuck in and help out. As this role involves supporting our customers, you’ll need excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to self-manage, prioritise your workload and see issues through to completion. We’d also prefer someone who has some experience in a customer service environment, and experience of process definition and implementation.

Why GoodBox?

When you work for GoodBox, you’re not just helping our company succeed – you’re helping charities all over the UK access the funds they need to keep doing great work. You’ll be part of a supportive, close-knit team of people, all working towards the same goal and all willing to help one another out.

We don’t believe in hierarchies or office politics – that’s why here, you’ll have the flexibility to work in a way that suits you, whether that’s reduced hours or working from home.
