Thank you for your selection, you have chosen Option 1 – GBx Core buyback. Our fulfilment team have been notified that you are interested in the buyback option and will be awaiting your device at our Harlow centre. There are a few steps we must complete before we can make the payment of £100 to your settlement account. If you have any questions in the meantime, don’t hesitate to get in touch by emailing support@goodbox.com.
Please carefully package your GBx Core, along with the charger and surface mounts, in its original box if you still have it (or a similarly secure box), and ship it to the below address. We recommend using a tracked courier to be sure it reaches us.
Once we have received the device, our team will conduct the necessary checks to ensure that it is functional and in working order. This step may take up to one week to complete.
Once these steps are complete and we are satisfied that the device is in working order, we will process the payment of ÂŁ100 into your settlement account. Please allow 5 working days for the payment to be processed.
Absolutely. Your remaining GoodBox devices will remain unaffected and can still be used to fundraise as normal.
While we would prefer the device to be returned in its original packaging to keep it safe during transit, sending it back in another secure box is fine. Please ensure the device is properly secured and padded within the box to avoid any damage due to potential bumps or knocks on its journey back to us.
Please note that if the returned device is non-functional, GoodBox reserves the right to refuse payment.
