Signing Up
Once you’ve placed an order you’ll need to complete a Merchant Application Form, or MAF, which provides us the information we need to remit funds safely into your designated bank account. If you have any questions about the form, don’t hesitate to reach out to a member of our applications team at applications@goodbox.com.
Assistance with Signing Up
If you’re having difficulty completing your MAF you can download our sign up guidance document below which addresses frequently asked questions and best practice for the sign up process. Designing Your Artwork
There are two options for designing custom artwork. You can choose from one of the artwork packages we offer which you can see by clicking here, or if you have an in-house design team who are doing it for you, all the resources you need to do it yourself can be downloaded by clicking the button below.
