Make your order
Download your Diocese of Ely order form below, fill it out and return it to ely@goodbox.com to avail of the offer. There are a limited number of credits available so order early to avoid disappointment.

Once you’ve made your order, download your Merchant Application Form (MAF) below. This, along with a signed bank statement, provides us the information we need to offer a secure payment infrastructure and to remit all funds you raise safely into your bank account. Once complete, send it along with your signed bank statement to ely@goodbox.com. How will you use your brand new GBx Mini device? Our clients have installed them into stands or coin boxes, used them with the GoodPlate accessory for collections during service, even worn them around their necks at fundraising events.
What other costs are involved?
The Diocese of Ely have agreed to cover the upfront cost of your GBx Mini as well as the delivery fee, saving you £140. A monthly fee of £8 applies to the GBx Mini but for Diocese of Ely customers, this has been waived for your first three months of fundraising. There is a once off sign-up fee of £50, however this is also waived for GoodBox members. Not a member? Click here to sign up for free and access a host of other benefits. Finally, a transaction fee of 2.5% +10p applies to each donation taken through GoodBox devices.
